Food Pantry boundaries are 39th Street to  47th Street and Vincennes to the lake.

In 1981, several faithful people, led by Mrs. Evelyn Miller, of the Mary A. Griffin Women's Missionary Society began Operation PULL.  Its purpose is to minister to the spiritual and physical needs of the homeless of our community.  Thousands of people are served with hot meals, a food pantry, counseling, a clothes closet and referrals.  We are always in need of charitable contributions and dedicated individuals to volunteer for this worthwhile cause of servicing the needy.

For more information and contributions,

please call (773) 285-5819

Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.

Mrs. Jean Talmore, Program Coordinator
